Haven is an idea.
A way for sentients across the Galaxy to come together and build something new. Formed from the remnants of a technology company and based out of a retrofitted space station, Haven has grown to encompass sentients from all cultures and walks of life. From smugglers to doctors, Sith and Jedi, Synthetics, Mandalorians, poets, artists, armorsmiths, exiles, and refugees, Haven is home to anyone willing to put aside their personal differences and cooperate.
Haven is a community.
One of ships, dwellings, markets, and public spaces clinging to the foundation of Nebulisk Station and tucked away in the far reaches of the Galaxy. It serves as a trading hub, refueling station, research institute, and so much more; limited only by the skills of its denizens. Whether you need a bounty hunted, a transport pilot, a new piece of technology, or a priceless artifact found, someone at Haven can get it done.

Haven is built around a core idea: we play this game because of the stories we create, the people who aid in their creation, and the prospect of exploring something new.
We want to build a community. A place with great people where we can roleplay, build ideas, write stories, hang out, and have fun. Secondly, we want to leverage all the hard work (and a whole lot of credits!) that have gone into the unlocking and decorating of our 100% unlocked Guild Flagship and Nar Shaddaa stronghold.
Thematically, we are a neutral guild. The truest possible neutral, in that we hold no allegiance to any political faction in the Star Wars universe. Do you have stories you want to explore that don't quite fit in a standard thematic framework? We'll find a way to make it happen. Characters that prefer self-determination rather than squeezing themselves into a mould? Us too.
In terms of structure, Haven is trying something new. Instead of an appointed officer rank (often chosen from personal friends), we have a Consul rank to which any member can apply. IC, the Consul rank is either a representative for one of Haven's cultural, ethnic, or ideological Enclaves, or someone who fulfills a role integral to keeping Haven functioning. OOC, it is someone who is willing to give back to Haven, whether through running plotlines and events, facilitating RP with others, organizing activities (RP and non-RP), and so on.

Enclaves are formally-recognized cultural, ethnic, and ideological sub-communities within Haven. They are groups that are large enough to exert some pull on the direction Haven takes, and generally have a Consul who represents their interests to Haven as a whole.
In terms of example enclaves, a cultural enclave could be a group of Mandalorians who share certain cultural values and practices, an ethnic enclave could be a group of Chiss exiles who band together over their shared species, and an ideological enclave could encompass a group of archaeologists and historians interested in uncovering and preserving Galactic history.
OOC wise, Enclaves are groups of members who share similar RP interests, and focus their RP around these themes.
